Simultaneously for BOTH and I was surprised with

before he escaped to trim trees
I just love and have to share

card that my husband,
John,
hand-crafted
On our
first anniversary as it was the same day as my very
First Mother's Day as Well
to our
first born son
We had nothing at the
time,
and lived in a tiny apartment on a
military base.
We were engaged only after a few months of
knowing
each other, But I could instantly
see his unworldly
capacity for
selflessness, resilience, grace and truth
and 12 years ago,
shortly after we met he
sacrificed
his job, home, friends and everything
he knew
to move to Fishers with me.
Together we have grown strong and he's
far more than an
American soldier, but a soldier
set
apart for the work of
Christ
in the family of God!
